Terms of Service

The rules and responsibilities that apply when you use Servora.

Last updated: 1 April 2025

1. Acceptance

By creating a Servora account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. The service

Servora provides a cloud-based inventory management and point-of-sale platform for hospitality businesses. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Account responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
  • You may not share access credentials or use the service on behalf of a competitor.

4. Acceptable use

  • You may not use Servora for any unlawful purpose.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the platform.
  • You may not introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
  • You may not resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission.

5. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a promotional offer. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price changes.

6. Free plan and trials

The Starter plan is provided free of charge with no time limit. Pro trials are available for 14 days without a credit card. At the end of a trial, your account reverts to the Starter plan unless you subscribe.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Servora. We process your data as a data processor under your instruction, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

8. Uptime and support

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Our support team is available by email for all plans, with priority support available on the Pro plan.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servora's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. On termination, your access is revoked and your data is retained for 90 days before deletion. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
