Our story
We saw the spreadsheets. We built something better.
Every restaurant owner, hotel F&B manager, and cafe operator we spoke to was running some version of the same setup: a spreadsheet for stock, a separate POS system, a WhatsApp group for supplier orders, and a feeling that nothing was quite talking to anything else.
Servora was built to close those gaps. A single platform that handles inventory, ordering, and payments together — so the data that comes out is actually useful, not just a dump of disconnected numbers.
We focus exclusively on hospitality because it demands its own kind of software. Fast, reliable, built for the floor — not adapted from a tool designed for retail or manufacturing.
2022
Founded after seeing too many restaurants lose money to stockouts and manual counting errors.
2023
Launched inventory and POS modules. First 50 businesses onboarded across Lagos and Abuja.
2024
Added multi-location support and supplier ordering. Grew to 500+ active businesses.
2025
Expanded to hotels and resorts. Launched advanced analytics and staff management.
